Ethan Fernhaber

Ethan Fernhaber is a flourishing entrepreneur and founder of the three sister organizations. His multiple ventures all stem from his vision to restore hope. His 4,000+ multi-family residential units are all built around a passion for people and breaking the cycle of generational poverty and hopelessness in order to bring healing and dignity. Whether providing apartment homes to under-served populations, working with formerly incarcerated employees at modular home factory, Volumod, or providing equitable investment opportunities to underserved populations, Ethan sees the gifts of all people. He is a passionate follower of Christ, husband to Stephanie and father to three daughters. Find out more about this movement of hope!

Eli Marshall

Eli Marshall is a team-oriented leader who always searches for ways to add value to the community. Born and raised in central Indiana, Eli has spent time in a variety of vocations including a career firefighter, sales/marketing management, real estate development, team building/culture creation, and business ownership. Eli is deeply committed to helping those around him grow and experience the “life that is truly life.” His mission is to allow Christ to work through him to leave every person, situation and space better than how they were found. An eternal optimist, Eli's passion for people and love of life are contagious! He and his wife, Trista, have two children.

Assistant Superintendent

Amber Harless

Amber has always worked around construction, from helping her uncle renovate houses in her youth to working in the construction supply business for several years. Renewing Management was one of her customers and eventually she joined the team working on new construction, and now a Project Manager for new developments with Helix. Amber grew up in central Indiana and she loves spending time with her kids and family, camping, traveling and spending time with her fiance.

Cody Bledsoe

Cody Bledsoe focuses on strategy and helps align construction projects with the overall vision. With a background in construction and military service, Cody brings a strong sense of discipline and a knack for aligning people and resources toward success. He approaches challenges with the belief that anything is possible and strives to make a positive difference wherever he goes. As a follower of Christ, Cody is committed to helping others and is involved with several nonprofit organizations. He and his wife, Aeriel, have a son and two dogs. In his free time, Cody enjoys spending time with family and grilling out.

Director of Real Estate Development

Errick Peck

With nearly a decade in the commercial real estate industry, Errick maintains responsibility for helping grow the footprint of Helix developments. He's worked in all areas of real estate development, including research, brokerage, capital markets, and development across all sectors. He's excited to work to enact intentional and meaningful change in the regulatory space statewide in order to positively impact the housing market. Errick loves spending time with his wife, son, and the rest of his family.

Jason Patterson

Jason Patterson provides strategic investor support to guide partners through the investment pathway. Jason is husband to Ashley, father of five, and son of The King! He was born in California but raised in Central Indiana. He attended Ball State University and started his career at Coca-Cola where he dedicated 14 years in a managerial role. He has also owned his own nutrition and wellness business. Jason loves to coach and mentor people and assist them in finding their value and true potential in all areas of life.

Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst /Asset Management

Jaylen Shelley

Jaylen assists the Helix team as a real estate financial analyst. He graduated from IUPUI with a double major in finance and real estate and has been a part of the Volumod and Renewing Management teams prior to joining Helix. Outside of work, Jaylen enjoys creating music and spending time with his friends and family. He aspires to help Helix make a positive impact!

Jennifer Smith

Jennifer helps Helix and sister organizations coordinate, craft and deliver their messages. With decades of experience in writing, website design, event management, marketing deliverables and communication coaching, Jennifer is thrilled to share the story of Restored Hope through Helix and the family of organizations. She is passionate about her faith in Jesus and helping those around her with joy. Jennifer and her husband, Brad, enjoy serving their church, hanging out with their three teenagers and traveling to new places.
