We’ll help you decide if modular is the correct construction method for your project and provide the plan to move forward. We’ll help with budgeting, design, feasibility, contracting and logistics.

Modular is powerful! But it is also a different method - and we understand the process! We take bare ground and bring it to occupancy, keeping an eye on the calendar and the budget.
CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT
Does the transportation and craning involved in a modular development cause you concern? We’ll help with coordination, quality control, risk management, scheduling, communication, subcontractor accountability and risk management.
Some projects are just not suited to a modular build and we'll help you weigh the pros and cons of each method. Traditional construction is also in our wheelhouse! We’ll provide some of the same services, but will utilize different subcontractors and specialists.
We'll focus on your priorities and work within your budget and timeline, managing the myriad of contractors and subcontractors who skillfully bring your project to completion.
